Who is KSP?

KS Procurement started in Shanghai — at the center of global trade and manufacturing — but more importantly, it started with two people who saw the same problem from different sides.

One of us is Chinese, with over 5 years of experience working closely with factories, managing communication, and navigating the realities of supply chains on the ground. The other is Dutch, with a background in procurement, working directly with European businesses and understanding their expectations, concerns, and standards.

We met in Shanghai, and quickly realized we were both seeing the same gap — just from opposite directions.

On one side, there are capable and experienced manufacturers in Asia, but often limited by language and communication. On the other side, there are international buyers looking for reliable partners, but facing uncertainty, lack of transparency, and time-consuming trial and error.

That gap is where KSP was built.
